1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Socially Sorted, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Services

Socially Sorted provides social media management services (posts, stories, strategy) for Instagram and Facebook. The specific deliverables are outlined in your chosen package.

3. Payments & No-Refund Policy

Payment for services is required in advance. Because we begin strategy, content creation, and scheduling for the full month immediately upon payment, all payments are final and non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.

4. Cancellation

We believe in "No Contracts Ever." You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Socially Sorted and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Account suspensions, shadowbans, or restrictions by Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Fluctuations in engagement, followers, or reach.
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data.
  • Results of third-party platform algorithm changes.

You remain fully responsible for the content posted and compliance with third-party platform terms of use.

6. Client Cooperation

Provision of services depends on your timely feedback and provision of brand assets. Delays in the client's side do not extend the billing period.
